Bryan brings over 25 years of experience as a Master Electrician and a lifelong passion for electric vehicles to his leadership role. A dedicated EV enthusiast—personally owning two electric vehicles and logging more than 250,000 miles, including multiple cross-country trips—Bryan blends hands-on expertise with visionary leadership to transform the EV charging landscape across the United States. As President and CEO, he is responsible for the overall direction and success of the company—leading strategic planning, operational execution, financial oversight, and organizational growth. He cultivates key industry partnerships, drives innovation in EV charging technology, and ensures the company remains at the forefront of sustainable transportation infrastructure.
Under his leadership, U.S. Charging, LLC is building a nationwide network of reliable, accessible, and efficient EV charging stations. Bryan’s forward-thinking approach and commitment to quality have earned him a reputation as a trusted authority in electric mobility. He continues to champion initiatives that promote energy efficiency, grid resilience, and the broader adoption of clean transportation solutions.
Madeline “Maddy” earned her Master’s degree from North Carolina State University in 2025 and soon after joined U.S. Charging, LLC as a Senior Project Manager, where she plays a key role in overseeing the deployment and operation of Charge Point Operator (CPO) stations across the United States. In her current role, Maddy leads large-scale EV infrastructure projects from
initiation through completion—managing timelines, budgets, permitting, and construction coordination while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Prior to joining U.S. Charging, Maddy managed complex, high-impact projects through sponsored research at Duke University, where she developed her expertise in stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making. She has a proven track record in managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leveraging advanced analytical skills to evaluate project performance, identify risks, and implement process improvements. Maddy brings a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset to her work and consistently drives initiatives that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and sustainability in EV infrastructure development.
